Cape Town Wedding at Cape Bali: Zama & Thinta
Cape Town Wedding at Cape Bali
Zama and Thinta live in Durban and decided to elope in Cape Town during the winter months. Zama having grown up in Kenya wanted to celebrate with those closest in a Boutique Hotel called The Cape Bali, in Camps Bay.
We decided on an all-white modern look and feel, with a candle spread and overhanging floral arrangements under the stars. Think floral arch, glass tables, chandeliers, and the most beautiful flower installation above the dinner table.
We also displayed custom-designed stationery from Secret Diary, from acrylic menus to name cards and handmade welcome gift candles with a unique scent

The heavens opened and it rained
Moments before the ceremony the heavens decided to open, and we sprang into action to get the guests to the warmth indoors.
We threw some blankets in the dryer, lit a fire, and got the heaters going. All to make sure everyone was comfy and toasty – including the little ones.
The bride made a dramatic entrance down the staircase while strung by a harp. She was welcomed by her groom with the biggest smile. Followed by champagne in cope glasses and loads of hugs and cuddles with the cutie-pie-little-buns.
They were then wined and dined with a private chef, Salt & Pepper, before eating dessert and snaking on some cake by Cake me Happy.
Ending off the night with a dance, and once the kids went to bed the couple hit the Cape Town dance scene to boogie the night away.
