Cape Town Wedding at Nooitgedacht Wine Estate
JP & Elsa were all about the blush and neutral palette for their Cape Town wedding at Nooitgedacht Wine Estate.
Nooitgedacht is situated in Stellenbosch, Cape Town, which was the perfect location for this couple. With accommodation available onsite in the glamourous Manor House, it made the transition to the ceremony super easy, just straight out the big wooden doors and down the dramatic runway.
Their wedding took place in September when the weather is a bit unpredictable. However, the weather Gods were with us and we managed to get away with clear skies and no wind, yay!

The bridal party got ready in the Manor House, spoilt with high ceilings and wooden finishes, every photographer’s dream.
We had two hair and makeup teams partner to get the bride and her bridal party ready for the celebrations, while we all enjoyed the company of the farm dogs.
The ceremony took place along the brick road in between the oak trees, with a perfect backdrop and a dramatic entrance.
My Pretty Vintage decorated the reception hall in pretty pastel pink with lots of romantic lighting crisscrossed among the high ceilings.
We dined with fresh blossoms and a mixture of candle sticks and pillar candles to add to the romantic ambience.
The couple chose to sit at a sweetheart table in order to make room for a large dancefloor – you know how we love a good sokkie here in Cape Town.
